How to easily correct NYSC date of birth & course studied

The National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) has published guidelines for correction of date of birth and wrong course of study.

So, for perspective and all corps members needing to make those changes, you can follow the steps below to do that from your NYSC Dashboard.

Shown below is are the new procedure for effecting these changes.

How to correct date of birth on NYSC platform

For correcting date of birth, note that your West African Examination Council (WAEC) information is what NYSC now want candidates to use to effect this change on the NYSC portal as from the 2017 Batch 'A' online Registration.

1. Login to your dashboard and click on the link to Date of Birth
2. Enter WAEC Verification PIN, select WAEC Type, Year of exam and enter your Examination Number
3. Click on Verify button
4. Click SUBMIT or CANCEL

How to correct course of study on the NYSC platform

1. Login to your dashboard and click on the link for Correction of Course of Study;
2. Select Course of Study; and
3. Click SUBMIT
