This will help you know what subjects are taught in these classes, what textbooks to ask for and what to expect from your child/ward.
Note that the Junior Secondary classes have the same subjects. What differs are the topics and how in-depth discussions on those topics.
So, the fact that the subject names are the same does not mean that all junior classes are taught the same thing.
