List of documents for LAUTECH clearance 2019/2020
i. 3 copies of LAUTECH Admission letter in colour printout.
ii. 3 copies of JAMB Admission letter in colour printout (if available).
iii. 3 copies of verified O’level results.
iv. 3 copies of the JAMB result slip in colour printout.
v. 3 copies of receipt of payment of Acceptance fee.
vi. 3 copies of receipt of payment of Tuition fee.
vii. 3 copies of Birth Certificate or Sworn Affidavit.
viii. 3 copies of Local Government Identification.
ix. 2 original copies of letters of recommendation.
x. Original copy of a sworn affidavit of good behavior and 2 copies of the same.
xi. Original receipt of purchase of student handbook and 2 copies of the same.
xii. 3 copies of the Medical Clearance Certificate.
xiii. 3 copies of downloaded and signed Oath of Allegiance.
xiv. Original State Identification form and 2 copies of the same.
xv. 3 copies of the Biodata/Personal Data Form.
xvi. 3 copies of downloaded and signed Student Dress Code.
xvii. 3 recent passport photographs
