ACTIVE AND PASSIVE VOICES ( To Keep) - JSS1 English Language Lesson Note

 ( the verb to keep)

Tenses are changes that happen in verbs to show different times like past, present, and others. These changes can happen in either active or passive voice. Sentences written in active voice are easier to understand than those in passive voice. Switching from passive to active voice is simple but needs practice. In the table below, notice that the verb "to be" in passive voice always matches the tense of the main verb in active voice. To use active voice correctly, make sure the subject doing the action is clear.
