In heatre, design plays a crucial role in creating the overall look, feel, and atmosphere of a production. It involves several aspects:

 

Set Design: Set design focuses on creating the physical environment in which the play or performance takes place. This includes the construction of scenery, props, furniture, and other elements to convey the setting, time period, and mood of the production.

 

Costume Design: Costume design involves creating attire for the characters that not only reflects their personalities but also suits the time period and setting of the play. Costumes help to visually distinguish characters and enhance the audience's understanding of their roles.
