Definition: A circle is a shape consisting of all points in a plane that are at a given distance (the radius) from a given point (the center).

Properties:

Radius: The distance from the center to any point on the circle.

Diameter: Twice the radius, a line segment that passes through the center connecting two points on the circle.

Circumference: The perimeter or boundary of the circle.
