National Electricity Regulatory Commission (NERC):

National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control (NAFDAC):
The National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control (NAFDAC) is a regulatory agency in Nigeria that oversees the manufacture, importation, exportation, distribution, advertisement, and sale of food, drugs, cosmetics, medical devices, and chemicals. NAFDAC ensures that these products meet safety, efficacy, and quality standards before they are made available to the public. Its responsibilities include registration and regulation of products, inspection of facilities, enforcement of laws and regulations, and public awareness campaigns to promote safe consumption of food and drugs.
