Human rights abuse occurs when individuals or institutions violate the fundamental rights and freedoms guaranteed to people. This can take various forms, including discrimination, torture, arbitrary arrest, censorship, and denial of basic needs. Human rights abuse can be perpetrated by governments, non-state actors, or individuals, leading to the violation of an individual's dignity and well-being.
