Meaning of decimal fractions - JSS1 Mathematics Lesson Note

Decimal fractions are a way of expressing parts of a whole or a number that is less than one. They are fractions where the denominator is a power of 10 (such as 10, 100, 1000, etc.). For example, 0.5, 0.75, and 0.125 are all decimal fractions.
