Balanced Ration: This type of diet includes a variety of foods in the right proportions to provide all the essential nutrients the body needs for good health. It typically contains carbohydrates, proteins, fats, vitamins, and minerals in the correct amounts.
Unbalanced Ration: An unbalanced ration lacks proper proportions of essential nutrients. It might be deficient in one or more nutrients or contain too much of others, leading to health issues.
Undernourishment: This occurs when a person doesn't get enough food overall, leading to a deficiency of essential nutrients. It can result in weight loss, weakness, and various health problems.
