Explain the difference between Save and Save As... - SS1 ICT Using Presentation Package Question
Explain the difference between "Save" and "Save As" when saving a PowerPoint presentation.
The difference between "Save" and "Save As" in PowerPoint is as follows:
"Save": This option is used to save changes to an existing presentation. If you've already saved the presentation once and you use "Save", the changes will be saved directly to the same file.
"Save As": This option is used to save a copy of the presentation with a new name or in a different location. It's useful when you want to create a duplicate or save a version with changes while keeping the original intact.
