What is the difference between specialization and the division of labour?

Specialization refers to the process of focusing on a particular area or activity of work, often to the exclusion of other tasks or functions, while the division of labour refers to the separation of work tasks or functions into smaller and more specialized parts, each of which is performed by a different worker or group of workers.
