JAMB has announced outcome of the recently concluded 2019/2020 UTME registration, especially in the area of money spent and realized.
In addition to that, JAMB said that UTME candidates whose fingerprint could not be captured during the registration must visit Abuja to do their registration.
Prof. Ishaq Oloyede, the Registrar, Joint Admission and Matriculation Board (JAMB) while speaking on their cash-flow between February 15 and 21, 2019 said that:
JAMB generated N758,000,000 from UTME registration;N24,073,710 as service charges by the CBT centres; N55,392,973 from the use of its electronic facilities; N3,162,720 from consultancy service just as it said N16,000 was from other sources.
Further speaking, the JAMB boss said that
"Any candidate whose fingers could not be captured during registration at the CBT centre, must visit Abuja for his/her registration"
