A video has emerged of Emmanuel Nwosu a lecturer teaching Banking and Insurance Law lecturer at Rivers State University, allegedly seen manhandling and harassing students for not being "properly" dressed.
The video which was shared on YouTube currently go many people talking, with some faulting the lecture for such treatment against a student.
