The University of Nigeria, Nsukka (UNN) announced that the school now offers "...Russian language for everyone."
The course is elective, and is offered at the faculty of Arts of the school.
This implies that students of the university can opt to choose the course and from the description, any student can borrow the course, irrespective of department or faculty.
