1. Word Processing:
• Description: Word processing application packages are designed for creating, editing, formatting, and managing text documents. They are commonly used for writing letters, reports, essays, and other textual content.
• Examples: Microsoft Word, Google Docs, LibreOffice Writer, Apple Pages.

Spreadsheet:

• Description: Spreadsheet application packages are used for creating and managing numerical data in tabular form. They allow users to perform calculations, analyze data, and create graphs and charts.

Graphics:
