Job creation refers to the process of creating new job opportunities for individuals. This could involve expanding existing businesses, attracting new businesses to an area or creating public works projects. Job creation is important for economic growth and reducing unemployment.
Dignity of labour is the concept that all types of work are valuable and worthy of respect. This means that regardless of the job someone is doing, they should be treated with dignity and respect. No job should be considered inferior or less important than another, as all jobs contribute to society in some way.
