Family and family needs - JSS1 Home Economics Lesson Note

A family is a group of one or more parents and their children living together as a unit. Family needs are the things that are essential for the families physical, emotional, mental and social health. Wants on the other hand are those things which the family desires even though they are not essential for the health and well being of the family.
