(1) Complaint:
A complaint is when someone expresses dissatisfaction or discontent about something. It could be about a product, service, behavior, or any other matter they find unsatisfactory.
(2) Justified complaint:
A justified complaint is when someone has a valid reason to be unhappy or dissatisfied with something. For example, receiving a damaged product after purchasing it online would be a justified complaint.
(3) Unjustified complaint:
An unjustified complaint is when someone complains without having a valid reason or basis for their dissatisfaction. For instance, complaining about a product not meeting expectations when those expectations were unrealistic would be an unjustified complaint.
