Mixing Primary Colors:

Primary colors are red, blue, and yellow. To mix them, you take two primary colors and blend them together. For example:

Red + Blue = Purple

Red + Yellow = Orange

Blue + Yellow = Green

 

Obtaining Secondary Colors:

Secondary colors are made by mixing two primary colors together.

For example:

Red + Blue = Purple

Red + Yellow = Orange

Blue + Yellow = Green

 

Result of the Mixture:

When you mix primary colors, you get secondary colors.

Secondary colors are the result of combining two primary colors.

Tertiary Colors:

Tertiary colors are made by mixing a primary color with a secondary color.

For example:

Red + Purple = Red-Purple

Yellow + Green = Yellow-Green

Blue + Green = Blue-Green

 

Difference between Primary and Secondary Colors:

Primary colors (red, blue, and yellow) are the base colors that cannot be created by mixing other colors.

Secondary colors (purple, orange, and green) are made by mixing two primary colors.

Primary colors are used to create all other colors, while secondary colors are the result of mixing primary colors.
