Pedestrians - JSS1 Social studies Lesson Note
- Use Crosswalks: Cross streets at designated crosswalks or intersections.
- Obey Traffic Signals: Follow traffic signals and pedestrian signals at intersections.
- Stay Visible: Wear bright or reflective clothing, especially in low-light conditions.
- Avoid Distractions: Stay focused and avoid using phones or headphones while crossing streets.
- Look Both Ways: Always look left and right before crossing, even at marked crosswalks.
- Walk Facing Traffic: If there is no sidewalk, walk on the side of the road facing oncoming traffic.
