Prevention of food poisoning - JSS1 Home Economics Lesson Note

  1. Avoid eating unripe fruit.
  2. Avoid eating rotten food.
  3. Do not eat food that are not properly and hygienically prepared.
  4. Check expire dates on canned food before eating them.
  5. Be careful when eating out most especially at Bukka joints or Mama putt.
  6. Be careful where you buy your suya from.
