User Application Programs:
- Word Processing Software: Enables users to create, edit, format, and print documents. Examples include Microsoft Word, Google Docs, and LibreOffice Writer.
- Spreadsheet Software: Allows users to create, manipulate, and analyze data in tabular form. Examples include Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and LibreOffice Calc.

- Integrated Development Environments (IDEs): Software for software development that provides tools for writing, compiling, debugging, and testing code. Examples include Visual Studio, Eclipse, and JetBrains IntelliJ IDEA.
- Content Management Systems (CMS): Platforms for creating and managing digital content, including websites and blogs. Examples include WordPress, Joomla, and Drupal.
- Accounting Software: Used for managing financial transactions, bookkeeping, and accounting tasks. Examples include QuickBooks, Xero, and FreshBooks.
