- Letters: Traditional written communication on paper, usually sent via postal mail.
- Emails: Electronic messages sent and received via email platforms.
- Memoranda (Memos): Internal documents used for communication within an organization.
- Faxes: Less common nowadays, but still used in some industries for transmitting documents electronically.
- Reports: Formal documents summarizing information or findings, often circulated within or outside the organization.
- Contracts: Legal documents outlining agreements between parties, often exchanged and stored as correspondence records.
- Invoices: Documents sent by suppliers or vendors requesting payment for goods or services provided.
