Physical Courage: Physical courage involves facing physical danger, pain, or hardship without succumbing to fear. It encompasses acts of bravery such as rescuing someone from a burning building, confronting an assailant, or risking personal safety to protect others.
Moral Courage: Moral courage involves standing up for what is right, just, or ethical, even in the face of opposition or personal risk. It entails speaking out against injustice, challenging authority, or advocating for the rights of marginalized groups, regardless of potential backlash or criticism.
Emotional Courage: Emotional courage involves confronting and managing one's emotions, fears, or vulnerabilities with resilience and self-awareness. It includes facing personal struggles, overcoming trauma, or expressing vulnerability in interpersonal relationships, demonstrating strength and authenticity.
Social Courage: Social courage involves stepping out of one's comfort zone, taking social risks, or challenging social norms and conventions. It includes acts such as public speaking, initiating difficult conversations, or advocating for change in society, even when faced with resistance or disapproval.
