Pure Dance: Pure dance focuses solely on movement, rhythm, and expression without any narrative or storytelling. It emphasizes technical skills, aesthetics, and the beauty of movement. Examples include ballet, contemporary dance, and jazz dance.

Dance Drama: Dance drama combines elements of dance, music, and theater to convey a narrative or tell a story. Dancers use movement to portray characters, emotions, and events, often accompanied by music, dialogue, and elaborate costumes or sets. Classical Indian dance forms like Bharatanatyam and Kathakali often incorporate dance drama elements.

Dramatic Dance: Dramatic dance blends expressive movement with theatrical elements to evoke emotions and convey a story or message. It often features intense physicality, dynamic choreography, and dramatic themes. Examples include modern dance pieces that explore social issues or personal experiences, as well as contemporary dance-theater productions.
