Temporary Changes (A): These are alterations in an individual's body or abilities that occur for a short period. For instance, temporary changes might include temporary increases in height during adolescence or temporary improvements in skills due to practice.
Permanent Changes (B): These are alterations that are lasting and typically irreversible. Permanent changes might include the growth of adult teeth to replace baby teeth or the development of secondary sexual characteristics during puberty.
