i. Upper Case: Upper case letters, also known as capital letters, are larger and typically used at the beginning of sentences, proper nouns, and for emphasis.

ii. Lower Case: Lower case letters are smaller and more common in everyday writing, used for the majority of text in sentences except for proper nouns and the beginning of sentences.
