Right to Information: Consumers have the right to accurate and accessible information about products and services, including their prices, ingredients, quality, and potential risks, enabling informed purchasing decisions.
Right to Choice: Consumers have the right to choose from a variety of products and services at competitive prices, without unfair restrictions or monopolistic practices that limit their options.
Right to Redress: Consumers have the right to seek compensation or recourse for unsatisfactory products or services, including refunds, replacements, or repairs, and to have their complaints addressed in a timely and effective manner.
Right to Consumer Education: Consumers have the right to access resources and information that promote consumer awareness, financial literacy, and responsible consumption, empowering them to make informed decisions and assert their rights.
