Most of Christ’s teachings were in parables. Jesus taught in parables so that as we are familiar with the story, we might through this understand clearly and obey Him. When these spiritual truths and right moral attitudes towards life, are put in the form of a story, they are easy to understand and follow. Therefore, Jesus taught in parables so that we might understand his teachings more clearly and obey them.
