To add animation to a text element in PowerPoint, follow these steps:

 

• Select the text element you want to animate by clicking on it.
• Go to the "Animations" tab.
• Choose an animation from the Animation Gallery. You can click on "More Entrance Effects" to see additional options.
• To customize the animation, click on the small arrow next to the animation's name and choose "Effect Options" or "Timing".
• You can adjust the duration, delay, and other settings for the animation.

To rearrange the order of slides in a presentation:

 

In the slide navigation panel on the left, click and drag the slide to the desired position.

Release the mouse button to drop the slide in its new position.

The difference between "Save" and "Save As" in PowerPoint is as follows:

 

"Save": This option is used to save changes to an existing presentation. If you've already saved the presentation once and you use "Save", the changes will be saved directly to the same file.

"Save As": This option is used to save a copy of the presentation with a new name or in a different location. It's useful when you want to create a duplicate or save a version with changes while keeping the original intact.
