Question on: JAMB Physics - 2024
Electrolysis can be investigated using
A voltameter is designed to measure the quantity of electricity passed through a solution during electrolysis by determining the amount of substance deposited or liberated at the electrodes. While an ammeter measures current and a voltmeter measures voltage, they do not directly allow investigation of electrolysis like a voltameter. A galvanometer detects small currents.
