U_m = 3 * 2^{2m - 3}

Q₂ * U₂ = (3 * 2^{2 - 2}) * (3 * 2^{2(2) - 3})

= 3 * 2⁰ * 3 * 2¹

= 3 * 1 * 3 * 2

= 18
