Write a letter to the Minister of Works in your country complaining about the deplorable condition of the roads in your area and the effects this has on the lives of your people
4 Chinda Close,
Off NTA Road,
Mgbuoba,
Port Harcourt.
The Honorable Minister of Works
Federal Ministry of Works
Mabushi, Abuja
Nigeria
Dear Sir,
I am writing to you with great concern about the deplorable condition of the roads in my area, Mgbuoba in Rivers State. The state of our roads has become a great source of discomfort to the people of our community and has had a significant negative impact on our lives.
The roads in our area are riddled with potholes, making it extremely difficult for vehicles to pass through. This has led to increased traffic congestion, accidents, and damage to vehicles. Additionally, the poor condition of our roads has made it difficult for emergency vehicles to access our community, making it difficult for those in need to receive timely medical attention.
Moreover, the deplorable state of our roads has had a significant negative impact on our local economy, as it has made it difficult for traders and farmers to transport goods to and from our community. This has led to increased prices of goods and services, further burdening our already struggling economy.
As a concerned citizen, I am appealing to you to take urgent action to address the poor state of our roads. It is my sincere hope that your office will give prompt attention to this issue and that the necessary measures will be taken to repair our roads and restore them to a condition that is safe and conducive to the well-being of our community.
Thank you for taking the time to read my letter. I look forward to your prompt response.
Yours faithfully,
Clinton.
