Correct Option: C

Let the number be y, subtract y from 2 i.e 2 - y

2 - y = 4 < (\frac{1}{5}) x y, 2 - y = 4 < (\frac{y}{5})

2 - y - 4 < (\frac{y}{5})

2 - 4 - y (\frac{x}{5} - 4), multiplying through by 5

5(2 - x) = 5((\frac{x}{5})) - 5(4)

10 - 5x = x - 20

-5x - x = -20 - 10

-6x = -30

x = (\frac{-30}{-6})

= 5
