Coal City University Courses And Admission Requirements
Coal City University Cut-Off Mark
The CCU JAMB general cut-off mark for all courses is 160. And the Post-UTME cut-off mark is a minimum of 50/100.
That means you must score at least 160 in your JAMB exam and a minimum of 50 over 100 in the CCU Post-UTME screening to be eligible for admission.

To apply for admission at CCU, these are the necessary steps you must follow:
STEP 1: You must choose CCU as your first choice university in your JAMB registration. If you do otherwise, you have the chance to do the "change of institution" to CCU.
STEP 2: You must upload your O-Level Result at the JAMB portal. Admission is issued to candidates whose O-Level results are available to JAMB unless you are using an awaiting result.
STEP 3: Print out your original JAMB result.
STEP 4: Go to CCU Portal and apply for admission. Click on the “Apply for a Degree Programme” button and make a payment of the application fee of N2,000. Select your application type, enter your JAMB Registration Number and click submit.

The Coal City University hold an annual essay contest for secondary students from SSS1 - SSS3 in Nigeria.
Anyone can participate in the CCU Essay Contest, as much as you are in the Senior Secondary School.
The first winner will receive a cash prize of N500,000 or a full tuition fee scholarship from Coal City University for any course of your choice.
The second winner will receive a cash prize of N250,000.
The third winner will also receive a cash prize of N150,000.
