- JAMB Admission Letter
- Original Certificate of Your WAEC, NECO, GCE e.t.c
- ABSU Post-UTME Result
- NYSC/Exemption Certificate for D.E Student
- Birth Certificate
- Identification of L.G.A of Origin
- Two Attestation Letter
- Most recent tax clearance of your parents(3 consecutive years)
- Medical Certification of Fitness (will be Done in the School Clinic)
