E-mail Services:
a. Sending/Receiving E-mail: E-mail services provide the platform for users to send and receive messages. To send an e-mail, users compose a message in the designated interface, specifying the recipient's address, subject, and the content of the message. Once sent, the recipient's e-mail service processes the incoming message and makes it available to the recipient in their inbox.
b. Chatting: Some e-mail services offer chat features, allowing users to engage in real-time text-based conversations with contacts. These conversations are typically stored within the e-mail interface, providing a convenient way to communicate without switching between multiple platforms.
