Diseases Caused by Pathogens - JSS1 Physical and Health Education Lesson Note
Pathogens can cause a wide variety of diseases, ranging from mild to severe. Here are some examples:
Bacteria: Tuberculosis, strep throat, urinary tract infections.
Viruses: Influenza (flu), COVID-19, HIV/AIDS.
Fungi: Athlete's foot, ringworm, yeast infections.
Parasites: Malaria, giardiasis, tapeworm infections.
