Gymnastics Stunts and Tumbling - JSS3 Physical and health education Lesson Note

Gymnastics involves a variety of stunts and tumbling moves like the forward roll (rolling forward on the ground), headstand (balancing on your head with legs straight up), crab walk (moving sideways on hands and feet with stomach facing up), cartwheel (rotating sideways with legs and arms extended), limp (a move where you lie on your back and raise your legs over your head), and frog jump (jumping forward from a squat position with hands touching the ground). These moves require strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.
