Citizens play a crucial role in the development, amendment, and enforcement of the constitution through various means:
-

Civil Society Engagement: Civil society organizations, including advocacy groups, human rights organizations, and professional associations, play an active role in promoting public awareness, mobilizing citizens, and influencing government policies and decisions related to constitutional matters.
Judicial Review: Citizens have the right to challenge unconstitutional laws and government actions through judicial review, whereby courts interpret and apply constitutional provisions to ensure compliance with the rule of law and protect citizens' rights.
