Livestock encompasses a diverse range of animals, each with distinct characteristics and uses. Types of Livestock include:
- Cattle: Domesticated bovine animals, such as cows and bulls, raised for meat (beef) and dairy production.
- Poultry: Domesticated birds, including chickens, ducks, and turkeys, raised for meat and eggs.
- Sheep: Domesticated ruminant animals primarily raised for wool and meat (lamb or mutton).
- Goats: Domesticated animals with multiple uses, including meat (chevon), milk, and fibre (cashmere or mohair).
- Pigs: Domesticated swine raised for pork production.
