Fresh meat and fresh fish should be stored in the freezer.
- Some fresh fruits, vegetables like tomatoes, pepper, washed bitter leaf, can also be stored in the freezer.
- Cooked food, stew, stew etc can as well be stored in the freezer.
- Bread should be stored in bread bin or lower part of the refrigerator.
- Fresh poultry egg should be stored at the lower compartment of the refrigerator. Some fridges are filled with egg trays or crates.
- Vegetable and fruits should be put in plastic containers or nylon bags and stored in the lower compartment of the refrigerator.
