How To Register For NYSC 2022 - Online Registration

Here are the steps to follow to register for the NYSC program online in 2022:

1. Visit the NYSC registration portal. See the link here - https://portal.nysc.org.ng/nysc1/

2. Proceed to create an account with an active email address on the NYSC registration portal.

3. Confirm your email address and activate your newly created account.

4. Login into your NYSC dashboard and fill in all the necessary details.

5. Proceed to capture and verify your biometric.

6. Upload your scanned signature or use a digital signature scanner.

7. Click on submit to submit your NYSC application.

8. Print out your NYSC Registration slip.

9. Keep your login details saved for future use (your username and password).

10. Lastly, wait for the NYSC Call-Up Letter.

Important Notice

1. If you are registering for the first time, click on ”Registration for Mobilization”.

Requirements For NYSC 2022 Registration

A prospective corp member should meet all these requirements for the NYSC registration.

1. Prospective corp members must have an active phone number and email address before applying for the NYSC registration.

2. Foreign-Trained graduates are to use Nigerian Phone numbers during the online registration.

3. Prospective corps members should ensure that Passport photographs used meet the following specifications:

• Your face (eyes, nose, ears, mouth, and jaw) should show without bending.
• Ensure the picture fills the frame and is centralized.
• The photo background must be white or off-white with no shadow.

4. Locally trained prospective Corps members must use correct Matriculation numbers to register during registration.

5. Any corp members who present any fake document will be demobilized, decamped, and handed over to law enforcement agencies for prosecution.

6. Prospective corp members who want to receive their Call-up through SMS and print their Call-up letters online must pay the sum of N2,786.24.

7. Prospective corp members can go to their schools for their Call-up numbers and letters if they do not want to pay the sum of N2,786.24.

8. Married female prospective corps members (whether locally or foreign-trained) should upload copies of their marriage Certificates, evidence of Change of name, and their husband’s place of domicile during registration.

9. Prospective corps members who are pregnant or nursing children will not be accommodated into the NYSC program.

10. Prospective corps members who studied in non-English speaking countries must get their Certificates and Transcripts translated into the English Language before uploading. And they must do the translation in accredited Institutions or Embassies.

11. Unmobilized prospective corp members who have paid online before are not expected to pay again.

12. Foreign-trained graduates or obtained online foreign certifications are to visit the NYSC portal, register, and upload the following documents:

• You must have O-Level results with at least five (5) credit passes in different subjects, including English Language and Mathematics. Your O-Level results can be WAEC, NECO, GCE or NABTEB and should not be more than two sittings.
• You are to provide your International travelling passport showing your personal data page and date of departure.
• You must have a First Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) Certificate (Second Degree or PhD not necessary).
• All working-class graduates and graduates of an online foreign qualification must upload their original ADMISSION LETTERS and LETTER OF APPROVAL from their respective employers to undertake their courses, as the case may be.
