Requirements for New JAMB CBT Centres
New JAMB CBT centres interested in joining the 2025 UTME are to follow these steps:

- Notification of Intent: After familiarising themselves with the requirements, prospective CBT centres must send a formal letter of interest. This letter should be addressed to the JAMB registrar and routed through the zonal directors or state coordinators in the relevant state.
Process for Existing Centres
CBT centres accredited for the 2024 UTME that did not experience any operational issues have a simpler path:
- They must express their interest in participating in the 2025 UTME through the Centre Management System (CMS) Portal. This registration will allow them to be considered for the next accreditation round.
The Mandatory Autobot/Autotest
An integral part of the accreditation is the Autobot/Autotest, a technical evaluation that checks the operational readiness of each CBT centre. Here's what both new and existing centres need to know:
- New Centres: Zonal and State Offices will create CMS Portal accounts for new applicants to facilitate their registration.
- Testing: All centres, whether new or existing, must pass the Autobot/Autotest as a prerequisite for a physical accreditation visit from JAMB's team. A date for this test will be communicated to the centres.
