Efficiency is an advantage of delegated legislation.

Delegated Legislation makes for efficiency and precision. It helps to deal with issues that require some technicalities. When a subject is highly technical and requires some expert knowledge, the parliament may delegate to the Ministers, the powers to make laws or the issue, so to be able to achieve efficiency.

In short, the President is both head of state and that of government. He then combines both the executive and ceremonial functions. He comes into power through free and fair periodic election.

Socialism is the system of government in which there is a public ownership of production and the establishment of a society in which every person is equal.

An attribute that makes a state to be recognized as independent is sovereignty.

Disenfranchisement means depriving individuals the right to vote at election or the right of citizenship.
