A family crisis is a situation that marks a turning point when things cease to go on as usual in the family.

Divorce means the break-up of a marriage. This is one of the most serious crisis in any family.

1. Making savings so as to have enough for a period of lack/unforeseen events.

2. Monitor the social lives of the children when they are outside the home.

3. Mothers need to also be working in other to help out the husband.

4. Love all children equally.

5. Prepare the younger ones towards a period of change such as arrival of a new baby.

6. There should be proper communication between family members.

1. Family members should cooperate to share the good and bad times together.

2. Family members should communicate properly in other to find solutions to find solutions to their problems.

3. Family members should learn to build trust among one another.

4. The family should be adaptable to changes which may come with the crisis.

5. When necessary, the family can seek help from outside.
